To create a G major chord we use the 1, 3, and 5 notes, which are G, B & D.

To create a G minor chord we use the 1, flatted 3 and 5 notes, which are G, A# (B^b) & D

To create a G seven chord we use the 1,3, 5, and flatted 7 notes, which are G, B D&F.

To create a G major 7 chord we use the 1,3,5, and 7 notes, which are G, B & D & F#.

To create a G minor seven chord we use the 1,5, flatted 7, and flatted 3, which are G, D, F & A# (B^b).
